Visit the Healthy Homes team between midday and 4pm at their drop-in being held at Frome Medical Practice. Access free, impartial advice about keeping your home warm and dry and find out about grants, quick wins and support available.

The Long-Term Conditions group is an opportunity to meet with other people who live with a long-term condition. This is a safe environment in which to talk and share experiences.

The group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month from 10:30am to 12:30pm in the Boardroom (Upstairs) at Frome Medical Practice. 

The COPD Support Group takes place on the second Thursday of the month from 10:30am to 12pm in the Education Room at the practice. Aimed at patients with various lung conditions, for example chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

This week, we will be waving the flag to local kindness heroes in our community.  We can also let you know about activities, support groups and services in your community.

Taking place at Frome Medical Practice from 2pm to 3:30pm, this free workshop is led by Julia di Castiglione and Dr Helen Kingston.

The session explores planning for you or a loved one's future care and considers topics such as creating a will and lasting power of attorney.

Meet at Frome Medical Practice at 9:15am ready for the walk to start at 9.:30am.

The walk will last 30 to 40 minutes. Come together and share kindness stories and meet your local kindness Super Heroes. These walks are for all abilities and ages.

Our Menopause Group Discussions take place each month and start at 6pm (usually finishing by 8pm). The sessions are aimed at people who are perimenopausal or menopausal and considering taking HRT for the first time.
