Please check which vaccines you need before booking.
Frome Medical Practice offers vaccines for:
- Polio
- Typhoid,
- Hepatitis A
- Cholera (Includes Tetanus and Diptheria)
To book one of these appointments, go to our Online Appointment Request Form and select 'Nurse appointment' and 'Other vaccinations or injections'.
Alternatively, you can book by telephone 01373 301301 or visit us at the Information Desk at Frome Medical Centre.

Remember to plan ahead as some vaccinations need to be given 6 weeks in advance of your travel.
