Medicine Management Team

We are very fortunate to have a team which includes clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and prescription navigators.

Medicine safety and optimisation are key parts of the team focus. They work closely with the Somerset Intergrated Care Board to improve prescribing.

The scripts part of our team help to ensure your medication needs are met and we work closely with our local pharmacies to make collecting your medication as easy as possible.

#hellomynameis is a campaign to encourage and remind healthcare staff about the importance of introductions in healthcare, helping us to provide truly person-centred, compassionate care.
