We recently introduced the retreats offered by Out In The Field to the team at the practice as one of our ways of supporting staff wellbeing.

Richard Podmore (Sustainability and Evaluation Lead) was invited to present Frome Medical Centre's ongoing work to make the building as environmentally sustainable as possible, as part of the Chiesi ENGAGE: Webinar series. Richard showed how we've saved money, reduced our impact on the planet and improved patient and staff experiences of the building thanks to managing the building in a sustainable way.
